The house, which has the A.C.R.* label, was designed by an architect in 1960. Near the beach, on its stilts, it looks like a UFO. It is furnished in the style of the period. The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.
