Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lopar

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und gut eingerichtet, Gehdistanz zum Dorf, Strand und Einkauf. Supermarkt 3 Min. mit Auto. Schöne Terrasse. Parking vor dem Haus. Freundlicher Vermieter, hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Aircon in jedem Zimmer.

Marijas place is VERY close to the beach (just walk a short 2 flights of stair down - not suitable for wheelchair users tho) and you can park right next to the house in her garage, which is super handy. The place is very clean and interestingly laid out, its on the 1st floor of her house and then you have the kitchen 1st, then the terrace and then the living room and bathroom and up the stair is then your bedroom. We found it to be really beautiful. Since we travelled with a dog, we were mostly interested in Montys dog beach, which was a shorter walk from the apartment (cca. 15min). Entry is free and you can pay for a cabana (40€) or 2 loungers with a table and umbrella (20€) for a whole day. The water there is also more clean than on other beaches (where dogs aren't allowed to swim, but can be with you on the beach, prepare for some stares though) . There are also very good restaurants all along the beach by the apartment and dogs are allowed in, if you ask them. :)

We spent 3 relaxing days at Tomislav place, and around Baska. The apartment has all you need, is clean and tidy. Tomislav is a great host, always helpful. We loved the quietnes of the area in april, it is a very beautiful place, close to the clear tranquill sea, and close to beautiful mountain hikes. We'd love to be nack for more time.

We zijn met ons gezien (met 2 kinderen van 11 en 14 jaar) 2 weken verbleven in het mooie verblijf van Marija in Garica KrK. We hebben het er geweldig gehad! Een mooie centraal gelegen locatie waardoor alles op het eiland goed bereikbaar is, Het appartement was geweldig, alles was aanwezig en we hebben enorm genoten van het lekkere zwembad. Voor vragen konden we erg snel schakelen met Marija - er werd direct gereageerd. Al met al een heerlijk vakantieverblijf waar we zeker nog een keer terug zullen komen!

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und sauber und sie entsprach den Beschreibungen bei Airbnb. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Patrik's Wohnung. Der Strand ist ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Es gab gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe. Von Patriks Vertreter vor Ort wurden wir gut betreut.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Sanja war super Schön! Als wir ankamen wurden wir herzlichen von ihr und ihrer Katze empfangen. Sie lud uns auf ein Kaffee in ihr Haus ein und gab uns viele Tipps was wir die nächsten Tage machen könnten :) Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar falls wir was gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte, wir kamen an und wurden schon mit kleinen Leckereien von Sanja in der Ferienwohnung versorgt, da wir leider kein schönen Wetter hatten, verbrachten wir viel in der Unterkunft welche super bequem und ausgestattet war. In 10min konnten wir die Stadt Krk zu Fuß erreichen. Das Meer war zu Fuß in 5min zu erreichen. Wir fanden dort einen Schönen Platz mit Strandbar und leckeren Restaurants. Trotz den Regnerischen Tagen war unser Aufenthalt total schön! Vielen lieben Dank noch Sanja, der Aufenthalt bei dir war Wunderschön :) Liebe Grüße, Chantal und Eduard

Toller Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt – vom Check-in bis zur Abreise. Die Lage war ideal für unsere Unternehmungen in der Region. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

We had a lovely week and enjoyed using the swimming pool area and enclosed barbecue area (which had a great view of the sea). Apartment was very spacious and homely with all the necessary amenities. We would be happy to return and to recommend to others.

Sehr gemütliche, ruhige Unterkunft und schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Gastgeberin mit Obst aus ihrem Garten begrüßt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons loué la maison entière, on aurait pas espéré mieux. Les appartements sont decorés avec beaucoup de goût. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location. Marina est tres réactive et tres accueillante.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Tatjana's incredible house, where we had complete privacy! We had the two storey house all to ourselves. After, not very satisfying 2 stays in Croatia, from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Tatjana who was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect, creating a homey and non-commercial atmosphere that we deeply appreciated. The property itself is a haven of relaxation and tranquility. The infrared sauna was immaculate and a joy to use, and the alternative wet sauna offered a unique twist that added to the experience. The jacuzzi was another highlight—perfectly maintained and ideal for unwinding while taking in the stunning views. Speaking of the views, they were breathtaking! Whether we were relaxing inside or outside, the serene surroundings and privacy made it feel like a true retreat. What stood out most was the sense of peace and quiet.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Tamara ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ubytování u Orsica a jeho rodiny bylo nádherné. Apartmán je velice útulný, moderní a skvěle vybavený. Všude je krásně čisto. Kuchyně je plně vybavená pro vaření a v bytě nechybí ani spotřebiče jako je myčka a pračka. Manželská postel je velice pohodlná. Předností apartmánu je jeho umístění v kouzelné uličce historického centra Vrbniku, takže si člověk může na krásné terase vychutnat místní atmosféru. Přitom je zde ale soukromí, protože ulice není rušná a dům je dobře odhlučněný. Celkově má apartmán úžasnou atmosféru díky svému umístění a nádechu historie. Pláže jsou odsud vzdálené cca 10-20 minut pěšky (záleží, kterou si vyberete). Orsic i jeho rodina jsou velice přátelští a napomocní, skvěle se s nimi komunikuje a dali nám tipy na dobrá místa v okolí. Celkově hodnotíme pobyt jako perfektní a moc toto ubytování doporučujeme, v budoucnu se rádi zase vrátíme!

Апартаменты большие, просторные, есть все необходимое. Мощный электро-гриль. До моря идти минут 7, немного в гору. Пляжи просторные, всегда можно найти место. Поселок маленький, есть все необходимое.Напротив апартаментов большой продуктовый магазин. Хозяин очень дружелюбный человек.

Superbe hôte, très accessible et accueillante. Marija a le coeur sur la main et a sû nous conseiller pour des activités ou visites. Le logement est conforme à la description, la localisation est parfaite 5mn de la plage et du centre ville. L'appartement est très propre et au calme et possède une place de parking dans une cour intérieure.
