Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

A sunlit terrace offers a comfortable seating area with soft cushions. A white table is centered between the seating, accompanied by a small potted plant. Expansive ocean views stretch beyond the low wall, under a clear blue sky.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities, fifty meters from the beach. It's not necessary to rent a car as you can easily access everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer. From July 7 until the end of September 2025, there will be work to replace the elevator. (The apartment is on the first floor). I apologize for any inconvenience.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

A tranquil communal pool is visible, featuring clear blue water and surrounded by sun loungers. Palm trees and straw umbrellas provide shade on the pool deck, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The distant horizon meets the sky, enhancing the serene setting.

Kick back and relax in this gorgeous, stylish, newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with a brand new communal pool, in one of the best location of Tenerife, Costa Adeje. It offers incredible, breath taking view over ocean and La Gomera which will be hard to forget. The flat is part of a complex Aloha Gardens, close to main shopping centres as well as restaurants, cinema, gym, beaches Playa la Pinta & Fañabe, as well as best aquaparks Siam Park and Aqualand. A lovely apartment in a quiet and easily accessible residential area in Los Cristianos. It has a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, a living/dining area (with a sofa bed), a kitchen, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace with a table and chairs and fantastic views of the mountains and the golf course. Las Vistas Beach and Los Cristianos Beach are a 10-minute walk away. All the main services are within a five-minute walk.

Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Nice for two people traveling alone.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

A beautiful apartment with an ocean view

Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, bright and very well equipped. With a community pool, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. Very close to the X Sur shopping center, and the Mercadona and Hiperdino supermarkets, 1 km from the water parks and less than 1 km from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. With a bus stop at the door. You can enjoy the use of the air conditioning for an extra fee during your stay!!
