Apartment to feel good in the heart of the old town

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Very nice apartment in Altrip

Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment Apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is located in a quiet residential area with village charm. A 15-minute walk from the Rhine, the recreational area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and is ideal to reach by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry goes every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5.30 am - 10 pm). In about 300 m distance there is a supermarket, bakery with cafe and an ice cream cafe.

Idyllic small apartment in a quiet location

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, on the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops of daily needs as well as the stops are about 500 m away from the front door. Nearby there are a few restaurants and bakeries. The city centre of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

Piccolo appartamentino di 40 m² circa, accogliente e confortevole. Great for 2 people. It can accommodate up to 3, if it is a child, even 4. Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.
