This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. The stable cottage is for 4 people. It is located on our farm with a view of the Angevin countryside and the stall. A living room of 25m². Fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, induction hob, senseo espresso combined coffee maker. Upstairs the shower room and separate toilets and two bedrooms. Each has two single beds 90x200 that can be brought together to form large 180x200 beds. Fully air-conditioned cottage. Sheets are provided OPTION BEDS MADE at €10.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
