This house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor as well as a large, completely enclosed garden. You will enter the house through a small entrance giving access to a living/dining room as well as a bedroom and an adjoining shower room and also a toilet. This room is made up of two 90x200 twin beds. On the ground floor, you will also find a kitchen as well as a utility room giving direct access to the outside where you will find garden furniture as well as a large dining room table that can accommodate 12 people. On the 1st floor, a staircase will lead to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and toilets: -A bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200 (+1 travel cot) with an adjoining shower room -a bedroom with a 180x200 bed + 1 crib and changing table. -a bedroom with 2 90x200 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people. -a bathroom with bathtub and double sinks The beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels can be made available to you for €5 per person. The garden is completely enclosed. You will find garden furniture, games for children and adults. There you will find a pretty enclosed barn.

Cottage in the heart of the Anjou vineyards. Our characterful house is suitable for couples or families and can accommodate 2 to 6 people (including children). The 3 bedrooms, the WC and the bathroom are upstairs. Pets are not allowed (there is already a small cat on the premises!). Biodiversity present in this former farmhouse. Our house is semi-detached from the gîte, but we are keen to respect the peace and quiet of our guests and expect the same in return.
