In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

A spacious patio is visible through large glass doors, leading to a well-maintained garden and a blue swimming pool. Comfortable outdoor seating is positioned nearby, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering plants. Natural light fills the living area, enhancing the open atmosphere.

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking.
