We had a wonderful stay at Casa Palanque. We were two families and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location near the center of town was so convenient for dinners out. Francia cooked breakfast for us each morning. Luis went above and beyond to answer all our questions and point us in the right direction to plan tours, transportation, laundry, and Francia. We would definitely recommend staying at this house in Santa Marta!

A house to completely disconnect, no cell signal and the Internet had faults but they fixed it quickly. The people who cook and look out for the house make the stay a unique experience. It has a private beach and the house is very cute . The arrival and departure not easy stay but they have a person who picks you up and takes you without a problem so everything was spectacular! My friends and I would come back a thousand times!

Use Google maps and it takes you to the house or have May recommend a taxi. Easy to find, but Rappi and taxi drivers need your assistance to get there. AC in the rooms worked perfect, I felt very safe and the locals were nice.

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great for families and large group of friends. Dinner outside under the lights was magically and enjoyed the breeze from the rooftop pool. The music from the clubs does get a bit loud at night so we just joined them instead 💃🏽 Alana, is an angel and was so helpful throughout our stay. Helping with breakfast and anything we needed throughout the week. Highly recommend staying here. Super close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

We chose this place specifically for the location, and it did not disappoint! There are endless food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all within walking distance. It’s also just a short walk to the marina, which is super convenient if you have any boat trips planned. There are two supermarkets just a few blocks away, perfect for picking up groceries and stocking up for your stay. As for the house, it’s gorgeous — exactly like the photos. It’s ideal for large groups, with plenty of rooms that offer both space and privacy. The house is fully stocked with everything from towels and toiletries to kitchen appliances. Juan Pablo was an excellent host — 100% responsive and flexible with our requests. Thank you for hosting us! We’d definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the house, the amenities, the facilities that Laia gave us. Always in constant communication. The house full of life color and taste, perfect for a good stay in Santa Marta.

Our stay at the accommodation, it was great, it is very well located is close to main thoroughfares, the Olympics for shopping and the beach of the rodadero. The apt is nice, very tidy, comfortable beds, with good ventilation, lighting, and distribution. Very friendly building staff, our bags were taken care of after check out, while waiting for the flight. The only drawback was the elevator that was out of service, although I clarify that the host informed us before check-in, and on the other hand the pool the day we were going to use it was in maintenance but on the time signs, they do not specify that. In general, everything is very good, we recommend it, and we appreciate your collaboration and service.

Great place for a family getaway. The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen has all things needed to make basic meals for the family. The condo has everything, since it has a lot of social spaces it doesn’t fell crowded. Beautiful and fun place, will be back!

A great, easy, clean, nice place with incredible views and amazing amenities. There is an easy place across the street for food and the cutest pizza/wine spot a few blocks away. Walkable to Rodadero and a short car ride to Santa Marta- just far enough away to be peaceful. Super easy to get a taxi/uber in a moment’s notice. The building staff is super nice and helpful. The AC is cold and WiFi works well- plan for super hot days to spend your time at the beach, an excursion or in Santa Marta, if you’re working, as electricity is diverted to the main city until 4pm (WiFi/Cell data doesn’t work- cell calls still do). I highly recommend going to the end of Rodadero beach then catching a cheap water taxi to Playa Blanca for the day- bring cash. Will definitely stay again!

Carlos is an excellent host, the apartment is beautiful, the complex is also, the luxury amenities with all its pools, sauna, Turkish, jacuzzis, for the entrance it was with a shift ( less in the pool), which made it tidy and that the services were not saturated, the only inconvenience was at the time of booking we were 4 but it was left for 1 person, and a day before arrival it was an additional charge for 2 people, within its public policies this was not stipulated, Airbnb helped us with a bonus but we had to make the payment of almost an additional 1 million. Within the set there is no luggage service, leaving bags in Santa Marta is not so easy.

Edwin's apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean, it is very well equipped., they helped us with the entrance before the stipulated time, which was great because we were with children. the condominium is very comfortable in its facilities, the pools are wonderful, the coffee bar on the first floor very good, also has a bar on the 19th floor and on the beach, the staff is attentive and helpful. it's a place to recommend and repeat. It is a clean apartment with a good distribution of the social area and the rooms. In high season the building can have high flow of people. It has something good and it has various social areas

everything is excellent, we would recommend, the apto super clean, tidy, with everything we need, very kind yamil, it was always pending.. we will surely come back

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible.
