The in 2019 builted 538 sq ft apartment is located on top of the garage of our architect's house in a quiet residential area 11 km away from Europapark. It has a separate entrance and consists of a spacious room with box-spring double bed (2m x 2m), sofa and dining area with unobstructed views of the nature (biotope). There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi and TV available. Furthermore, there is a separate parking space.

The apartment is located outside in a secluded location. Close to the highway, which may be heard. Just 10 minutes away from Europa Park. Beautiful lake nearby. Horses are no longer there!!!! Our apartment has 4 bedrooms, one is slightly smaller without windows, with air conditioning. It still accommodates 8 people. Fresh bedding and small towels are included in the cleaning fee.
