The surrounding area is more urban, on the edge of Bürstadt – but forest and fields are quickly accessible on foot or by car. For couples, dog owners 🐾, and anyone who wants to take a deep breath. Fantastic 2-room holiday room with private bathroom and chic outdoor kitchen on the guest terrace. Close to Rothsee & Brombachsee in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes from the A9 and 25 minutes from the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre. We also live here in this building, but we always strive to be discreet and respect each other's privacy ♥️

In the middle of quiet nature and directly on the border of the Spessart Nature Park, there is a true power spot for natural bathing and recharging in this dream house. The Flinthouse impresses with its round construction, with natural, noble materials and stands on a 27,000 sqm hillside plot (by the forest) with a view over Aschaffenburg to the Bergstraße. Its roof is supported by two strong Spessart oak trunks, which support the visible spruce rafters. Perfect for nature lovers!

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
