You have a ground floor, terrace with garden table opening onto a 2000 square meter wooded garden.

New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Quiet, Place de la Liberté and 2 steps from the market square, Notre Dame church, pedestrian streets, 3-minute walk from the rectorate, IAE, restaurants and the historic center of Poitiers, easy access to all sites and amenities: you will be a 10-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bus from the Futuroscope, close to all the city's bus lines that will allow you to go everywhere! The 2-room apartment can accommodate 4 people.

Completely refurbished to better accommodate you. You will find a comfortable 140/190 mattress. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, toilet paper and soap will be provided except bath towels. Everything you need is there: microwave, coffee machine, small fridge, full HD TV, dishes, and cooking utensils. Located a 10-minute walk from the Futuroscope. Free parking at the foot of the building with free parking space. No smoking! No internet Hot drinks available.
