It has been important to create a different aesthetically simplified expression, where the style is minimalist in an industrial design and where the family can be united on one level. Large glass sections give you the experience of being close to nature at the same time as the view of the Adriatic Sea as well as the islands of Brac and Hvar, make the location of the house unique. The rooms of the house are all installed with climate so that it can be adapted to the individual.

Located in Mimice, 38km from Split, 12km from Omiš and 24km from Makarska. The accommodations is air conditioned. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking with video surveillance is available on site. Unit includes a terrace also feature an equipped kitchen and bed linen. The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Luxury apartment with pool that has a pool water heating system. The pool is filled with water from early April to late October. The pool is equipped with a water heating system and a powerful counter-current swimming system (makes you swim all day without touching the wall). If you rent both apartments (East and West) - you have a complete house with a pool just for your group (up to 12 people). From the terrace around the pool you will enjoy a beautiful sea view.
