Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Malcantone

Everything was really good. Thank you so much to Francesca and her sister for being so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get to the apartment by train or ferry. The train station is about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the ferry is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment is in a very beautiful place. The town is quiet, nice, and comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. You can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s a great place for a holiday. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Manuel’s apartment. As we were passing by the area on a road trip, the place was perfectly located on our route and the flexible check in (we arrived very late) worked great. The place was very clean and the balcony is huge and sunny.

We were very satisfied with the place and felt very much there. Domenico was super friendly and always responded directly. We can only recommend it.

We had a great experience at the apartment. The location is good, next to the university and it is possible to walk to the park or downtown. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and the management service is great.

We had a lovely stay! The view is much better in real life! It takes approximately an hour to walk into the nearest large(r) town. The walk back however is very very steep. I would recommend using a taxi service for this. Lovely property, clean with a good kitchen!

Probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Europe ☺️ The view is stunning in any weather — honestly worth coming just for that. The studio is spacious, modern, and very clean. The road goes through a mountain serpentine, but driving is easy and comfortable. Parking is right by the door, and there’s even an EV charging station. Carmen was incredibly kind and always available if we needed anything. We truly hope to come back one day! ❤️

I made a quick 2 night solo trip through Milan with one day sightseeing in Milan. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was squeaky when I sat on it but I slept fine on it. The shower was hot. The location is very quiet with easy access to the metro and grocery stores. It's an easy ride to the Duomo or one train change from Central station. I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Sabrina was an excellent and delightful host. Always keen to help and so responsive to requests and queries. The accommodation is spacious and so very well located to all that is needed for a special stay in Como. We felt so at home as soon as Sabrina showed us our “Home in Como”. You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

My son stayed in Andrea's apartment for a month. For his needs, the apartment was perfect - close enough to his workplace, equipped with all the necessities, and well organized. As his mother, I was glad that it was safe and very clean place. So we are both very grateful to Andrea for hosting Bogdan in the most appropriate way.

Apartment managed in an excellent way. Federico has everything you need, to make you feel at home. You never feel like you're missing anything. Experience to be recommended to everyone, both for families like ours with small children, and also for workers on the go.

Great location, quiet away from crowds and great location for exploring the area. Lake access is immediate.

Staying at Rajmonda's place was perfect. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is super nice, modern but cozy and very clean in a small quiet idyllic place, but which has many shopping and good restaurants and above all an excellent pizza baker. Rajmonda was always very helpful and friendly. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

We (3 adults, 2 kids) had a great time staying at Marco's place. He was am excellent host and helped us whenever needed. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and modern with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a goog place to stay at Lago Maggiore!

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Cinzia was always very helpful, kind and caring, with small tweaks/thoughts, which are very appreciated. Knowing we had children, he left some chupa chups and already made us find fresh water given the relatively hot temperatures in August. The house was very nice and spacious. It also has a nice outdoor space with children's games, much appreciated by our children aged 2.3 and 6.

This was our second time staying in this home. Perfect for us and our dogs. Easy to walk to cafes and the harbour. The host was super friendly and helpful. See you again soon!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.

Enjoyed our stay there very much! House looked better and spacious than in pictures and was very clean. The big house would also be great for two families to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms but still share common spaces. Upstairs could be divided into two areas. House is located in a peaceful area. Alessandra was helpful and quick to respond to questions. She also provided great local suggestions. Alessandra spoke English well.
