The apartment is spread over two floors (each with its own bathroom and air conditioning), within the second floor there is a half-covered terrace of 30m2, connected to the kitchen and there you can comfortably stay (breakfast overlooking the sea or dinner overlooking the sunset). Romantic for two people, but also practical and functional for 4 people. On the terrace you have privacy. The location is easy to remember.

The nearest beech is 10 minutes walking and there are groceries stores and everything just around the corner. Parking spot provided within 2 minutes walk. Private parking is 50 meters from the apartment next to the Lidl market. The apartment cannot be reached by car. The apartment has basic domestic and foreign TV programs, we do not guarantee any special TV programs or the like that are locked.

The newly renovated studio apartment Perla is located in the old town, just a few minutes from the center and all the accompanying amenities. It consists of a large beautiful yard, entrance area, kitchen, bedroom (possibility of double or twin beds), living room (extra bed - sofa bed) and bathroom with shower. We will welcome you in our 1 bedroom apartment on the 1 floor with Terrace. In 2022 all of our apartments were fully renovated and have all the amenities that you need - kitchen, air condition, TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry washer etc. On the first floor there is another apartment. All guest have a dedicated spot in the garden lounge area, beneath the Olive trees and can use terrace chairs and tables that are at the house entrance.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.
