Beautiful place, the house is very spacious, it is facing the sea; Don Leonardo the person who takes care of the house is very kind and lends to help, certainly my family and I would return to this place.

Great place, very clean, close to the beach, comfortable stay, very helpful hosts. Just should be aware that the property is barely ocean view. Some of pictures that have hammocks and ocean view are of the sister property across the street that you can access but not of where you will be staying. The is also no living room, social area it’s just and opened space on the first floor that is kitchen and dinning room, second floor also has hammocks. Also the house is in the town, not as isolate as you might judge from the pictures.

Super clean, spotless👏🏻 I feel that it is not close as to go to Olon on foot, if or if you must go by car but take as 2 minutes, we are charming because it was too quiet, is a quiet and safe area, there are guards The house is close to the entrance and very easy to find María Gracia was attentive at all times We will definitely be back here!

Excellent place, just like the pictures. Comfortable, each room with a bathroom. The building is in a private and safe place. It's close to the beach, a 2-minute walk and 5 minutes from restaurants. A quiet place, no noise. Fabrizzio responds quickly to any questions, very kind. I'll be back soon!!!

I enjoyed my stay at El Sitio. It was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Close to the beach and pueblo within easy walking distance to restaurants and local shops. The on site caretakers Danny and Ana were more than helpful and always available. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a small galley kitchen great airy upstairs bedroom and plenty of hot water in the compact bathroom and shower. The hosts have installed air conditioning in the bedroom but I never needed it as the floor and ceiling fans were more than adequate. The deep wading pool also provided a refreshing alternative to Ayampe's beautiful beach. I plan to return next year and am looking forward to it already. Bob Doris

We were delighted with the Airbnb, very beautiful just like the photos and cozy. The location was close to the beach such as the description and quite quiet. The host was always attentive to any concerns. We will definitely be back.

The place is beautiful. I think it's one of the cutest spots we've been to Montañita. Dédée is an amazing host; very friendly and charismatic. Loved the place, for the greenery, the cleanliness, the common area, Capuccino and its proximity to everything. Thank you very much Dédée, we will be back soon.

This place is perfect for disconnecting from the city! My boyfriend and I love to spend in the pool watching the sea, or eating watching the sunset, it is a very quiet place and with several beaches nearby ❤️

Apartment just as described. Julie was great with providing instructions to get to the place as well as entry. Even had a surprise treat waiting for us in the fridge!!

Great place for a vacation. The apartment is very comfortable, with rooms that have air conditioning, ideal for a good rest. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. Bathrooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The view is spectacular and the pool is beautiful, large and with a special area for children. In addition, it has direct access to the beach, which makes it even more special. There are nearby places where you can buy anything to prepare food (tuti, bakery, groceries, shops, Gasolina station). A 10min is Montañita. My kids had a full fun and want to come back. Highly recommended for a vacation in complete tranquility!

The apartment is extremely comfortable and complete; its location is almost at the foot of the sea; it has safe parking for the vehicle and is inside a gated development with the necessary security to rest without worries. We will book again!!!

This place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautiful, super cozy, and just a short walk from the beach—such a great spot to relax and enjoy the area. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby every night. Everything was clean, well-designed, and had a really welcoming vibe. But honestly, the best part was having a great host like Javier. He’s such a kind and sincere person who truly cares about his guests. From the start, he made me feel at home, giving me tons of amazing recommendations for places to eat, explore, and experience the area like a local. He even let me check in my backpack early, which made my arrival so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re thinking about booking this place—do it! I’d love to come back again.

From start to end, Sarah and Carolina were incredibly communicative and helpful. The building was gated and safe. Every interaction we had on the premises was positive. Fellow guests were great, but it was easy to also be private. The pool was a wonderful bonus, clean, communal and fun. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. From a romantic couple to an entire family, Sarah's place (Casa Stayton) exceeded any expectations we could have had. It was also incredibly well provisioned, with spare toilet paper and towels, wonderful games for our family, little things like instant coffee for our first morning. We cooked at least one meal every day and it was wonderful having everything we could have needed right at our fingertips. It is clear that Sarah and Carolina understand the needs of traveling families. When our son skinned his knee there were multiple band-aid options and disinfectant, and our son was also the envy of all the kids on the beach with the best boogie board!
