Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Valued tourist lodge 4* in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above but the cottage is completely independent and without common areas Free parking 2 cars. Optional cleaning to be paid on site: €30.

I offer you my beautiful chalet up on the mountain ;-) A true haven of peace, this cocoon benefits from all modern comforts and a large SOUTH-facing terrace offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.
