Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation in the middle of Ludwigshafen. Ludwigshafen am Rhein is a good starting point for various destinations in the area, e.g., Weinstraße, Mannheim, Heidelberg, etc. This 50 m² rear building is quietly located in a side street. The house has 2 rooms (kitchen-living room, bedroom) and bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a double bed in the bedroom.

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us. The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".
