Relax in this quiet and bright accommodation, approx. 40 square meters, on the 2nd floor. Private bathroom with toilet and bathtub is available. In the bedroom there is a single bed, 2 mattresses on the floor and a closet. Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A washing machine (in the basement) is available free of charge. Long-term bookings are possible. One parking space is available free of charge right in front of the house.

I invite to my stylish apartment in prime location right by the castle/university. The apartment is super quietly located in a side street and overlooks the castle. In the immediate vicinity are a Rewe supermarket, cafes and the Paradeplatz. A central but very quiet living in a pleasant ambiance is guaranteed. A large TV, queen size bed and all other necessities are available.
