In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

You will find an annex flat of approximately 44 m² with a separate entrance. Our flat is right by meadows and fields, and the vineyards aren't far either – ideal for long walks. In the bedroom there is a TV, also a children's travel cot, or mattress would still find a place in the bedroom. You will be in Ludwigsburg in about 10 minutes. You will be in Stuttgart in around 20 minutes. A bus stop is approximately a 2-minute walk away. Additional tourist tax of €2 per person per day from 1/7/26

The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
