The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to the public transport connections, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Brunico. The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
