The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

A fully independent guest house on a large property. At the foot of Montgo Natural Park. 2 km from the town of Javea, 4 km from La Sella golf, 8 km from Dénia, 3 km from the town of Jesús pobre. 15 minutes by car to beautiful beaches and coves. You can take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean forest and find beautiful views of the valley. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure, hiking, golf, beaches, mountains, and typical street markets in the area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Private detached villa. Brand new, this house is thought out and designed for the best comfort and with all the details of the highest quality, very well decorated with a covered terrace, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, swimming pool with jacuzzi and private parking. A 2-minute walk to a children's park and a 15-minute walk to supermarkets and beaches. Very close to the best coves in Jávea, restaurants and hiking trails

Villa Nassio independent apartment

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

It is a very cozy, independent studio, rural style, close to the sea and with all the amenities. Private entrance with bathroom, bedroom (cold/hot air) and living room (fridge, microwave and coffee maker). Outdoor area with parking, terrace, garden and barbecue. On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.

Beautiful wooden guest house with WiFi, inverter air conditioning, satellite TV, and wood stove. Cozy and in the middle of nature where you can enjoy tranquility and fresh air. Ideal for disconnecting, mountain routes, or along the river path. The main house where the owners live is located next to the guest house, on a fully fenced plot, although both houses have total independence and privacy.

Come to spend a romantic weekend, Relax and enjoy in this quite and elegant accommodation just 1'5 kms from the town centre and 40 kms from the nearest beach. Ontinyent is a town in the province of Valencia, one hour from the airports of Valencia and Alicante. Big swiming pool shared only with the owners of the property, (only 3 people) no childs.
