Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This studio is located in the campo of Calpe, a 10-minute drive from the city center and beach. The studio has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, BBQ, outdoor dining area, TV and double bed. The studio is also equipped with A/C and WIFI. It is not possible to cook indoors; however, cooking is allowed outside on the barbecue. The swimming pool may be used, it is not private! Our dog is outside during the day.

For 2 adults, no children, no pets, only 2 adults. We have private parking inside the plot, for vehicles less than 4 meters long, with prior reservation, the rate is 12 euros per day.
