The house was built in 2022 using a sustainable timber construction method, using exclusively spruce trees grown on our own land. The spruce hut can accommodate 10 people in handmade beds in 4 bedrooms made of different types of wood and in the alcoves on the gallery's gallery. Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 9 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni und Frauen sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

We offer a 12 sqm room for our guests from all over the world. The room also has an approx. 2.5 square meter walk-in closet separated by a glass door. It is located on the 2nd floor of our house. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used.
