Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

We offer a 12 sqm room for our guests from all over the world. The room also has an approx. 2.5 square meter walk-in closet separated by a glass door. It is located on the 2nd floor of our house. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used. On request, a varied breakfast is offered for €10 extra per person.

The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Gartenhaus in Recklinghausen Sud

Dear guests I am still renovating and rebuilding. 2020 no rental possible. The garden house is still under reconstruction, no rental in 2020 possible. Michael The property is located in Recklinghausen-South. You can reach the South Station in 10 minutes (on foot), the SB20 bus in 5 minutes. By car, it's also minutes to the motorway (A42 and A43).

Our rooms with sofa bed are very bright and spacious. Room no. 4 (approx. 35 square metres) consists of a living room and bedroom and has a walk-in wardrobe. Room no. 9 (approx. 24 square metres) is located in the attic and offers absolute peace and quiet. The rooms have a wonderful view of the surrounding meadows and woods.
