The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Vacation feeling on the green edge of the Ruhr area

The 60 m² holiday apartment is centrally located but still in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organise your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room. We like the original Airbnb idea: welcoming people into our home with personality and history. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and, of course, respect your privacy. Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

From Gladbeck you have a direct connection to the A2/A31/A52 highways.

Sehr gute Gegend für Radfahrausflüge und Spaziergänge im Wald oder einfach die Ruhe am kleinen See genießen, und den Vögel und Froschkonzerten zu lauschen. Mücken gibt es selbst im Sommer kaum. Für Menschen die Mal ein paar Tage Auszeit brauchen.
