Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Eine kleine Terrasse, auf die sowohl die Morgen- als auch die Abendsonne scheint, mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie Holzkohlengrill steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung. Ein romantisches Himmelbett im Schlafzimmer und ein großes Schlafsofa (Schlaffläche 1,60x2m) im Wohnbereich sorgen für erholsamen Schlaf.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum mit Supermarkt sind es ca. 2 km, zum kleinen Reifinger Badesee in Grassau knapp 3 km, zum Wössner See knapp 5 km, zum Chiemsee rund 12 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Die Hochplattenbahn (Zweier-Sessellift) ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Chiemgau ist zudem ein Paradies für Radtouren.

With a lot of personal effort and passion, the apartment "Zum Lenei" was newly built in 2023. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. The large balcony offers a perfect view of the Chiemgau mountains and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is suitable for families, couples and groups of up to 6 people.
