Close to La Rochelle and the Île de Ré (40 minutes), Royan (1 hour 20 minutes), the Île d'Oléron (1 hour 40 minutes), Futuroscope (1 hour), Le Puy du Fou (1 hour 30 minutes), the Zoodysée de Chizé (10 minutes), Niort (20 minutes), and Coulon and the Marais Poitevin (15 minutes). Shops 5 minutes away. You can go for a walk along the banks of the Sèvre and in the Chizé forest. Niort Golf Course 15 minutes away. Access to the heated swimming pool shared with us from early May to late September.

In the heart of a fully renovated old barn, come and stay in the quiet countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person vacation rental is divided into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/toilet. Outside, the swimming pool shared with the hosts is accessible from May to September (depending on the weather). The children's playground or the petanque court will keep you busy.

Charming apartment with exposed beams and stones of 65 m2 with outdoor space, in the heart of a pretty Charentais village located between land and sea. 35 minutes from Châtelaillon Plage, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Saintes and 35 minutes from Rochefort. Note for people with limited mobility that access to the apartment is via a slightly steep staircase. This apartment is located on our property but independent of our house with its entrance and private garden area.

Close to shops (supermarket, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants...) All you have to do is enjoy!

On the ground floor, you will enjoy an equipped kitchen open to a living room composed of a sofa bed. In addition, you will find a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet (towels can be provided). Country cottage with pool

We offer a cottage in the countryside in Charente-Maritime in our farmhouse complex. The cottage is fully renovated, it has a capacity of up to 8 people with terrace and indoor pool (pool hours 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) it is naturally heated by a dome. (October to May the pool is closed) A relaxation area with deckchairs is at your disposal. The vacation rental is composed of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen area with dining room.
