Charming, modern apartment with exclusive amenities, in Bergedorf's enchanting villa district, overlooking the wonderful garden, south/ west facing position. Quick access to the city centre in 20 minutes, whether by S21 train or by car; the regional train runs once an hour and takes 12 minutes.

Bright apartment at Sachsenwald

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Heathland Dream

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

Bus route 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can access the flat via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washlet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Small children are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Right behind the willows by the AZL is the half-timbered house with the "Carl-Otto" apartment, which is located in the annex. In the entrance area, you can leave your stable and hiking boots and jackets in the cloakroom. On the 1st floor is the cosy new one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette.
