Appartement dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée dans les quartiers sud de Marseille ( Prado ), très calme, rez-de-jardin avec espace extérieur et traversant Parking assuré et gratuit devant le logement, parking moto fermé. proche métro Dromel ( 6mn à pied ) gare saint Charles a 20 mn en métro, 10 mn a pied du stade vélodrome, 15 mn des plages du Prado en transport 30mn a pied en sentier pédestre. Cassis et calanques à 30mn en véhicule et navette. Il y a des chats curieux dans le jardin.
