Leave your suitcases in the Vieux-Port district and immerse yourself in a typical Marseille atmosphere. Attention , the apartment is on the roofs on the 5th floor without elevator ,which gives it all its light! There is no noise pollution of the city because it overlooks an inner courtyard!

An ideal location, 50 meters from the Catalans beach, just at the beginning of the Corniche Kennedy and in walking distance to all the symbolic sites of the city, such as le Vieux Port, Vallon des Auffes, and the park du Pharo. This studio has been totally renovated, essence of the 1950’s with modern day conveniences. Villa set back from the Corniche, completely renovated by architect, with beautiful sea view. Large volumes, very bright, 50m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small garden of restanques. Large terrace facing the sea. Ability to park right in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are a priority.
