Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Massagno

A nice set of rooms very close to everything that matters in Varenna. The accommodations were clean and Debora did a wonderful job communicating all information needed for the stay. She is very kind and friendly. The view from the roof is absolutely stunning and deserves some time during your stay with wine and snacks (weather permitting). I would stay again. A couple additional points to share: 1) All rooms are above ground level, so if someone has any mobility concerns, this might be an issue. Furthermore, there are lots of steps everywhere in Varenna. Be prepared to work your glutes. 2) It can be a bit noisy at night, so, if you are a sensitive sleeper, you should grab some ear plugs/buds to help block out noise. The church tower across the street rings all day, including night and early morning.

We were two people booking a room at Samuele's place for one night. The location is perfect, it offers a breathtaking view from the hillside over Domodossola and the surrounding mountains, just like in the pictures. The host’s house is warm, rustic, and clean, we truly felt like we were living in a traditional northern Italian home. The place is peaceful and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to disconnect from the fast pace of everyday life. The hosts are warm and welcoming, and the family’s dogs are adorable and very friendly with guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and nature.

Matteo is a charming host, he provided a lovely breakfast and he offered great conversation too.

We decided to go to Lake Como on 8/3/23. We had 2 rooms with balconies and incredible views and a big bathroom. The rooms were large and spotless and the bathroom shone. The view from the room is unique! Like a painting… Lori, a very warm person, welcoming, smiling, and always kind. She made us breakfast with local treats every day and asked if we needed anything extra. He advised us where to go and what to see. Of course, when I booked the house I thought I had the kitchen at my disposal, but it was probably my fault. Opposite the house, on the main street, there is a soupermarket as well as a gas station! Overall we had a great time and thank Lori for this!

This was a good little find, reasonably close to Malpensa airport. There’s an airport bus to Oleggio for €10 or Grazia may offer to pick you up from the airport for a fee. The bedroom was nicely furnished with a great bed and good pillows, as well as nice bed linen. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Grazia and her son live downstairs while accommodation for guests is upstairs so it was quite private. The town of Oleggio is rather historic with a lovely town piazza to wander around. There were plenty of options for dining and drinking, even on a Sunday night.

Nice place, very small bathroom but was quiet right next to water fall which was nice. Host was very kind.

It's really nice at Maria Luisa's. We felt very comfortable and will definitely go back to her. We were there with our 3 children and it is really a very good place for traveling with children. 🫶

The house and its garden ( and its POOL) are very nice. Ideal for resting after tours and walks in the area.

The accommodation was as described, cozy and has everything you need, even a small breakfast is provided. Silvana and her husband are very friendly and accommodating and respond very quickly to any queries. The apartment is in a quiet and very nice area, ideal for cycling or hiking and the proximity to the airport is just perfect. We sincerely thank Silvana and her husband and are happy to recommend this beautiful place.

Silvia is a conscientious and thoughtful host. Highly recommend - we chose Gallarate and the comforts of Silvia’s Airbnb to recover from long flights before embarking on our journey through Europe. Wonderful!

Even though I was only able to stay for one night at Massimo's place, I had the most wonderful time. Olcio is so beautiful and to experience it while living at Massimo's was such a blessing. Massimo was incredibly friendly and accommodating even for the brief time I was there. Such a funny and kind person. I will definitely be back to Olcio and Massimo's Casa Della Musica!

Simone received me very kindly and I felt right at home. She takes care of the well-being of the guests in her beautiful, tastefully decorated, quiet house. She is also happy to provide information about the area and there is a lot of interesting literature. Thanks, I'd love to come back.

Maria was an excellent host, made us feel right at home. Super attentive and friendly. Took the time to make breakfast every morning, with homemade cakes. The house was beautiful, spotless, and within a great area! She had great recommendations for local places too! Thank you Maria! Hope to see you again soon!

Unbelievable! The place was brand new and the people were more than friendly. We were welcomed by two people that shows us everything they made us feel right at home and although it was already 10 o’clock in the evening, they even offered to cook us a meal. The room was immaculate and breakfast was amazing, this place is on my Airbnb shortlist as of now.

When you come here it is not only for the accommodation but also for the atmosphere that reigns there. Lucas and his family welcomed us into their home, here the word family makes sense. The breakfast, the view, the possibility of cooking are really great. If we come back to the area we know where to go.

A magical beautiful place with super nice host couple who don't speak English but understood anyway. Fantastic cuddly breakfast and such beautiful views and nice room. Want to come back soon again and then bring more!

La Casetta is a very clean apartment and cared for in every detail. It really feels like you're at home. It is very quiet and the rooms are spacious and bright. Francesca is very kind and caring . Breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. I hope to be able to stay at this stylish property again.
