Monthly Rentals in Maugansville

(For younger people that care), beware that they live upstairs from where you will be staying!!! We (kinda of) loudly played music in the living room, were able to walk 50 feet to the gazebo (located in the yard) to smoke, and laughed loudly all night. We were worried we’d have to be super quiet and they would be strict but, the owners had no complaints which we were very greatful for, didn’t interrupt us, got our money’s worth and had a great night!

Nice place. Hosts were very helpful and responsive the few times that anything needed attention. I’ll be using the unit again next time I am in the area.

Mary Anne's home and property are lovely! Super clean, well appointed, very quiet, centrally located, and very host-friendly! The neighborhood made me feel like i was home - all the folks walking along the roads, waved as if I were their neighbor. Made me also feel like all of the division being reported in the news is just false. People are inherently GOOD. I would stay here any time. For those who love shopping, there are the 'Hagerstown Premium Outlets'. I will stay again and again... Thank you Bass Family!

Terreance was so great to bring us a new Keurig coffee maker on a rainy Friday evening so we could have our coffee on Saturday morning. He was extremely responsive before, during and after our stay .
