You will be ideally located 17 minutes from Angers, 45 minutes from Nantes, 2 km from shops, 4 km from a swimming pond (supervised in summer).

Welcome to our cosy house, 700 metres from the Loire and 6 kilometres from Saint-Florent-le-Vieil. This house can accommodate 2 people – exceptionally 3 or 4 – please don't hesitate to contact us! The inside of the house is cozy and the garden very nice for summer evenings. Great walks along the Loire will make you happy! The guinguette is back on the banks of the Loire in Montrelais, super nice, small catering, music, in season, small concerts;

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)

Charming house, 95 m², with smart decor. The house was renovated in 2019, it includes 3 bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed. A 42 m² kitchen-living room, a 15 m² laundry room. The living room opens onto a large 50 m² green terrace. All on a wooded plot of 800 m² The house is located in the quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurant) and only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou.
