The apartment is located in a high standard building 30 m from the beach, it has unobstructed views of Royan Bay on the 6th floor with elevator and caretaker. The apartment also offers an unobstructed view of the peaks of the pine trees and the emblematic villas of the Green Park of Royan. You can live on foot, by bike (secure box), the small market of the park is a 7-minute walk away .
