A little slice of paradise located in the heart of the city centre, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The flat comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with a 140 cm bed), a shower room, a WC and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Bed linen and towels are provided. We had an excellent stay!

Quiet, single-storey family house, located between Saujon and Royan (10 minutes from the beaches). Weekly rental in July and August. Flower garden at the front of the house and a garden with a lawn of about 400 m² at the back, all fenced. Small, enclosed outdoor veranda. Large, fully equipped kitchen, open to the living/dining room. 2 bedrooms, one with a toilet. A bathroom (shower + bathtub) and another WC, adjoining a large living room. Shops in the village.

Fully renovated and well-equipped studio, on one level with a terrace and a small patio. Suitable for 2 guests. On-site parking. Close to amenities (bakery, mini-market, etc.), quiet area. The accommodation is adjacent to my home but set back, thus ensuring privacy.
