In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Biba Bungalow is located in the courtyard of the family house, in a side and quiet street, about 1 km from the beach. It is located on the ground floor and consists of an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for one additional person, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Guests have access to a patio, garden, and outdoor grill. Private parking is provided in front of the property.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet.
