Das im helle, im scandinavischen Stil eingerichtete Häuschen befindet sich in Flöha, am Fuß des Erzgebirges. 15 Automin. entfernt vom wunderschönen und oft unterschätzten Chemnitz, (europ. Kulturhauptstadt '25) , 200 m neben einem Rad - und Wanderweg, welcher in beide Richtungen durch viel Natur in die umliegenden Orte führt o. Wanderungen zu den nahen Schlössern Lichtenwalde und Augustusburg ermöglicht. Die Terrasse und der romantische Garten laden zum frühstücken, grillen und chillen ein 🔆.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.
