We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The Mediterranean garden with fireplace can also be used. As well as sports equipment such as SUP and others. Even a motorboat can be used for a fee. Are you looking for the tranquility and idyll of Lake Constance and appreciate the many activities around the lake? Then you have come to the right place! By the way: It's also pleasantly cool here in the summer.

The rustic sauna provides the necessary relaxation and makes you sweat (for an extra charge and by arrangement). The beautiful garden with sunny terrace, barbecue facilities and training bench can also be used by arrangement. Free parking is available on the street or a larger parking lot is about 100 meters away.

Rural apartment near Lake Constance

We live in a renovated farmhouse with a modern annex where we welcome guests. The guest apartment measures approx. 80 m2 and has its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room and bedroom with double bed. There is also a terrace with seating for use. Our gym can be used by appointment ( with or without support). The distance to Lake Constance is about 8 km.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
