Monthly Rentals in Melbourne

This was a great AirBnB experience! Everything about the casa was excellent. Clean, organized, thoughtful touches and in a great location. Would come and stay anytime!

We enjoyed our month stay. Place was clean and in a great location, walking distance to historic Melbourne. Our golden doodle loved the fenced in yard, as did we. Loved sitting in the backyard, shade for me and sun for my husband. We would stay again.

The street was quiet, you could see stars at night, here the chimes and birds and smell the ocean it was easy to walk to downtown and the beach. Loved the outdoor shower and outdoor area for quiet.

Our stay at pattys and Tom’s cottage was extremely relaxing quiet we felt like home immediately everything we could possibly need was already available we stayed two weeks and are looking forward to staying in the upcoming fall at some point we love the area been coming for years just about anything you’d like to do parks boating kyacking the beach endless no fees to park have a flavor for different foods it’s there plus all your favorites and nothing is not more than a 20 minute drive PS like like to cook everything you’d need to whip up a nice meal looking foward to the fall
