BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

My accommodation is a complete apartment in the annex of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the veranda, the view of the Trave water, the fantastic sunrises over the water. It invites you to relax, but is also - situated between the Baltic Sea coast, Hanseatic cities and the Schaalsee biosphere reserve - a wonderful base for exploring Lübeck, Wismar or Schwerin, nature photography, sporting activities (such as bike tours, canoeing or SUP) and relaxing beach days.

A spacious and cozy apartment on the first floor of a two-family house. The apartment is located near the Baltic Sea (approx. 20 minutes by car). The A20 is in the immediate vicinity. The Hanseatic city of Lübeck is minutes by car, but can also be reached from Schönberg train station. Schönberg train station is only a few minutes' walk away. Various supermarkets, pharmacies and a medical center are also within walking distance.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven and no microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. In this cozy accommodation you will surely spend a great time.

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.

Here you will find a charming and lovingly furnished 65m ² apartment with two rooms. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Baltic Sea beaches or to the nearby Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar. There are also great routes for walks and cycling and a visit to Outpost One (Star Wars exhibition) is also worthwhile.
