Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The cozy apartment is located on the upper floor of our "Oase am Meer" in the village of Groß Schwansee (municipality of Kalkhorst), approx. 500 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. It consists of a 45 square meter room with living and sleeping area as well as a kitchen and dining area. From both areas you can look at the Baltic Sea. The kitchen and dining area is very bright and sunny due to the large glazed dormer facing south. Directly in front of it is a balcony with a table and two chairs.

Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Welcome to Feldhusen, an idyllic and very quiet village, 2 km away from the Baltic Sea coast. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with a large double bed (1.8 m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.

The apartment on Gut Rodenberg is located on a 2 hectare park-like site with a natural swimming pond and river for fishing. The Baltic Sea is minutes away by car. The farm in the city triangle of Lübeck, Schwerin and Wismar. The apartment has a living room with a cozy sofa corner, dining table group and kitchen with dishwasher. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed, in the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed. Dogs only on request !!!
