Monthly Rentals in Merida

I spent 10 days in Alicia's quiet, cozy Airbnb. It's a great budget studio apartment, with two issues that stop it from being perfect. First the good: The unit is in great condition and has a well-equipped kitchen, with a blender, coffee maker, microwave, a fast induction cooker, and a drum of drinking water with a pump. It's a very private space, with lots of natural light, in an excellent location: in a quiet neighbourhood between downtown and a major shopping area. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to multiple malls and big supermarkets. It's also a 5 minute walk to a big pharmacy (Guadalajara) and a mini-supermarket (Dunosusa), plus frequent buses going to the Centro. Alicia was very nice when she checked me in, and always very responsive to messages. The only downsides were: The wifi, a bit slow and with a weak and unreliable signal (needs a repeater), not suitable for voice calls; and the weak shower, which made it hard to really wash off. Otherwise, it was a very good stay.

The view is very nice and the apartment, it is close to everything you need, squares, supermarkets, etc. Oscar is very attentive and always answers any doubt

Itzel was very responsive. Minor plumbing leak was handled quickly.

It was a great place to stay. The pool also brings fantastic holiday vibes in the evening and you almost have to force yourself to go out and not hang here with the beautiful ambiance. Only the very limited hot water from the shower is to complain otherwise everything is great.
