Small cozy apartment, ideal for a couple +2 children! Everything is there, even the beach games, umbrella etc...! very functional kitchen, nice little balcony for breakfast for two, small bathroom but very functional too... only downsides (beyond the control of the hosts): nonexistent mobile network, no Wifi and fickle TV. So perfect for unplugging!

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Quiet accommodation, very well-equipped and very clean. Fenced and closed with a gate so great with very small ones. 2 steps from the beach through the dune is great. Children and I were delighted.

Pleasant welcome. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The owners also provide bicycles, making it easy for us to go shopping. The bike path is 2 minutes away and took us to beautiful beaches crossing the forest. Really great!

Very clean accommodation and extremely well-equipped! All cooking utensils are present. We didn't miss a thing. We were two couples with 2 3 year old children, a real paradise for them with many toys and even outdoor games. Bikes of all sizes are available. A great apartment, very well located 5 minutes from the sea but also from the Zoo! Multiple points of restorations and supplies. Private parking is really a stress less during the holidays! For sure, we'll be back!!

Very good location. Proximity to beach and coastal paths. Clean space. One downside: the stairs to go upstairs, inconvenient . Avoid with small children even if we didn't have one with us. Too many unnecessary guidelines.

Accommodation a stone's throw (and it's true) from Royan! Quiet and welcoming residence. Bright, nice and spacious accommodation for a single person but even for a couple. Terrace to enjoy the outdoors. 2 elevators of different sizes. Easy to park on the street (in low season). Excellent accommodation, I would recommend!
