At the foot of the Moliets Golf Course and the beaches: 3-room duplex apartment for 2–6 people with living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, double bed bedroom, 2-bed cabin, bathroom with toilet. Plus: TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, heated pool (depending on season) leisure activities (golf, surfing, cycling). Bed linens on request (supp. €40). Terrace with pine forest view, free parking. During the winter period, heating costs are extra. The residence is located in the heart of the pine forest with views of the golf course and beach access.

Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). The loft includes a Japanese staircase with staggered steps, which can be complicated for people with reduced mobility. (see photos of the staircase)

Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.
