My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. You will have the choice of having an outdoor SPA/JACUZZI available for an additional fee (40 euros per night of booking, accessible until 1:00 a.m. Our animal friends are accepted according to their size. Close to the sea and the mountains, come and recharge your batteries in a refuge 10 minutes from Biarritz. Perched on stilts more than 3 m high, surrounded by trees in a lush garden, the cabin is fully equipped so you can enjoy great comfort in the heart of nature. The fully equipped summer kitchen is under the cabin. You will wake up to birdsong. OPTION: payable on site (no credit card): Nordic bath €40 (or €50 with 2 bathrobes). It's a cabin in the middle of a Douglas fir forest. It includes a double bed in the mezzanine overlooking the forest and another single bed. The terrace will allow you to enjoy the forest while enjoying an aperitif and then dinner at the pace you want. The cabin includes: dry toilets a hot outdoor shower a Norwegian bath a gas plancha corner. wood for the stoves. Sheets are provided. Towels are provided on request from 2 nights.
