Incredible time at Vittorio's!! The accommodation is sublime and very pleasant. One of my best vacation rentals here. Communication was great, whether with Vittorio or his parents who are great by the way. From the welcome to the checkout, everything went very smoothly. Throughout our stay, Vittorio advised us on places to visit or restaurants. Great place and place to visit. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. 😊

Don't tell this. Place was absolutely perfect in the town and the people like her were old very friendly. It's a beautiful place that she has and she was very helpful and responsive and the fact that you can use her gym as well, is great.

We really enjoyed the very modern apartment located in a residential area, nicely decorated with all the modern comforts, remarkably clean,it is close to the points of interest , restaurants and the bus stop to access the historic center. It allows you to leave your car at the private parking lot located 50m from the establishment. We were touched by the support of our host to receive us and especially his responsiveness to advise us for transportation and all the visits with the detailed maps she sent us on our phone to guide us on our visits to the sites of the historic center, a must-see center to discover absolutely and which leaves you speechless. It was a wonderful stay unfortunately too short in a very beautiful apartment with an extremely nice hostess at the service of her hosts. Obviously ,we will not fail to return there. Everything was perfect!

I loved the apartment. It is spacious with good furniture, good bathroom, good bed. I appreciated the washing machine and clothes dry fast in the Sicilian sun on the balcony (the balcony also has a nice undisturbed view of life below). The kitchen is not for cooking big dinners, but the basics like fridge and some plates and cups are there. The apartment is situated several kilometres from the city center but bus 101 takes you to the center of Palermo directly and also to the central station. It is a residential neighbourhood in good shape, feels a bit like living with the locals. There are some small super markets and cafes nearby. Toni, my host, was a great help with everything, he even picked me up from the ferry. Easy contact.

This place is incredible. The location is not only safe, but within walking distance of pretty much every place you’d want to visit. Apartment is modern and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. Davide was genuinely sweet and responsive and cared to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and could not recommend higher. It’s a fabulous place!

Great place for a stay in Palermo. 12 min walk from the main train station, very close to the sea and the botanical garden. Well decorated place to feel comfortable!

Sergio’s place was in a great location and provided us access to many local attractions. A comfortable stay for a large group of people.

Amazing getaway from the town! If you want to enjoy some quiet and tranquility but still be close to the town, this is the place. Absolutely loved that we had a gym, pool and outdoor showers all in a private property. While it is a shared property with other guests, we had our own space and got to enjoy the amenities. Do keep in mind, you will need a car if you plan on leaving the property. The town is a short drive away but definitely not walkable. Nothing we went to was more than 15min away. The hosts were great and always available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place to enjoy Cefalù while still having the quiet time away.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a great stay at Valentina's place in Palermo! The flat is close to the main attractions yet so quiet and peaceful. AC working well during our super hot week 😅 and a super comfy beds! Beautiful view out of the window too! Location was amazing, walking distance to the centre, near bus stops that take you to the train station and Mondello beach! Loads of great places to eat as well, recommended by Valentina (thank you!). Valentina was so quick to respond and accommodating - so helpful! Highly recommend if you looking for a place to stay in Palermo!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is in the historic city walls with a lovely roof terrace for dining and sunbathing. It's close to the Botanic Gardens, the Modern Art Gallery and the National Museum. Sleeping arrangements are 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa-bed in the living room, and 1 single bedroom en suite. The plumbing is excellent with very good water pressure for the shower and the toilet flush. A good, well equipped kitchen. Igea was extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and fixing us up with a very reliable local taxi driver who did our airport transfers both ways and also took us out to the Ethnology Museum. The other sights / activities we did: Capuchin Catacombes Mondello beach Monreale Cathedral Beach at Spiaggia del Sorello (catch the train to Bagheria station and walk) Modern Art Gallery National Museum Vuccuiria market Palermo Cathedral Thoroughly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Giovanni’s place! He was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, clean and not far away from the city center. We couldn’t have wished for a better host! If we ever visit the beautiful city of Palermo again, it will deffinetly be at Giovanni’s place.

This was by far the nicest airbnb! Floriana is a class act and has thought of everything -providing answers in advance, recommendations, etc.The house is lovely and decorated by an experienced host. It is just beautiful. Initially finding the property was a little challenging- but after the first time, all was good. Easy drive to Cefalu. A MUST DO—-she arranged for Chef Francesca to cook for us at the house beach front! Just terrific. I will recommend this house and Floriana 1000%! She also has other houses and boutique hotels in Palermo.

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Giovanni and Alberto were very welcoming and friendly. They welcomed us nicely the first day, Giovanni was reachable through out. The villa has a very nicely landscaped pool, the kids enjoyed playing table tennis and hand football. A great destination to explore the beautiful island. The airport is 40 min by car. If you were to travel to Sicily again, you would choose Vila Casty.

very nice complex, all around sea view and lots of greenery. once seen directly from the terrace of dolphins. Some good restaurants in the area, who likes Neapolitan pizza should check out Binario 450. Palermo a good half hour by car, other places such as Cefalu are also easily accessible as a day trip. Car overall definitely necessary in my opinion. In February, especially at night, heating worked well via the AC.

Great communication thanks to Maurizio and Marco who personally met us in town to show us to the house. Spotless accomodation, beautiful gardens and amazing pool in the residency. We had a fantastic time. Grazie to our kind hosts.

Fantastic view, had fallen a bit in the description and the most beautiful surprise. Children and adults had a lot of fun with the pool, volleyball net, foosball table and jacuzzi! Everything was up to date. The complex was huge and very well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and generous. We can highly recommend it to everyone and will be happy to book again ourselves. We had a great time with 13 people!
