Newly constructed in 2020, this cottage has all the finishes and amenities you could hope for in a vacation rental. The cottage was designed to preserve the look and feel of the classic Old-Florida beach house that previously lined the beach-side streets of Mexico Beach. The cottage is just steps away from the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Forgotten Coast. This cottage is located beachside of Hwy. 98, so no crossing the highway while juggling your kids and beach gear.

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.
