Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Mexico Beach

The house was nice and spacious, large yard as well which was really nice for my dog to run around. Great location, 10 minutes from a beach that allows dogs, with restaurants worth visiting for a quick lunch (TIGF) or a nicer sit down (Keepers). Jessica was responsive, and let us swing back around after checkout when we realized something was left behind. Will be checking out her other properties when we're back in the area!

Shelbi's place was perfect for our family of 5 for our week in PCB. Literally not even a 5 min walk to the beach, and less than 2 mins if you utilize the golf cart, which is so thoughtful and convenient because this is a golf cart community. The neighborhood is so peaceful. There was a amazing donut shop the next block over that we walked or golf carted to every morning(the regular food is pretty great as well). The house had everything you needed , the beach towels and the outside shower were both perfect touches. The kitchen was perfectly thought out and equipped with anything you could need, and for anything else there are several stores very nearby. The hot tub was great after a long beach day, and the balconies were great for relaxing and people watching. The house was just simply amazing and exceeded our expectations.

This AirBnb was totally amazing everything was just like it was described Todd is a Great host . I would recommend this to my other Family/ Friends . The home was very neat and clean very close to the beach.

Would stay here again and again. My family and I enjoyed every bit of the home and the community. The house is in an excellent location far from the hustle and bustle of the city and only a few blocks away from the beach. We had awesome restaurants and shops walking distance as well, and the golf cart was the best part of it all. The home was clean better than the pictures and the amenities were awesome. We enjoyed our evenings, playing board games and completing puzzles. During the day, we enjoyed the beach, the grill and the beautiful front porch. FIVE stars all the way !

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Christine was amazing. She was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Traveling with my four daughters (age eighteen, seventeen and three) can be daunting, however, this air and b was perfect for our family of six. The beach was walking distance, somy teenager were able to go by themselves. Because we have a rather large family, didn't get to use the golf cart, but appreciated that it was available. My husband loved the hot tub. Thank you for an amazing family vacation!

Thank you! We created so many beautiful memories during our stay in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our family was very comfortable and truly enjoyed being in such close proximity to the beach and to our other family members who came down from North Carolina and Alabama. All of the beach properties we chose were just a short 3–6 minute walk or ride from each other, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. Thanks again for helping make our trip special!

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

Easy check in and check out, very clean, close walk to the beach

My wife and I stayed here with our four kids and also had our parents stay with us this year, so we had nine people total. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, yet we could all gather around the kitchen/dining area to hang out together for meals or just to socialize. The house is absolutely stunning and it was exactly as described. Jonathan was responsive with any questions that we had. He provided a list of local restaurants and ice cream shops that came in handy as well. I think we went everywhere on the list at least once. The community is very private with little traffic or noise and the houses are surrounded by nature. We even saw a bald eagle when we were hanging out on one of the three outdoor decks. The kids loved the oceanfront pool with a zero-entry end that is perfect for smaller kids. 100% recommend!

Beautiful place! Tonya was very easy to work with. I forgot some items when I left and she mailed them back to me at no charge! You don’t find this kind of hospitality very often!

The villas are nice and quiet and have their own little pool if you want stay close and float! Loved that we could pack our beach and pool stuff and the parking pass gets you in to the main amenities!

Richards place was very nice and very accommodating, having all the supplies needed for a great picnic and beach day with the kids. Chairs, Toys, Safety Vest and Boards for Pool & Beach. Very convenient and in a nice part of the beach for family. Will definitely try to book again if available for our next vacation! Thank you Richard for a great stay!
