This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

This home features all the amenities such as bikes (including two ELECTRIC bikes), 2 paddle boards, and a 6-seater golf cart all included!

A+ location! Steps to beach. No Highway to Cross!

You will be staying in the townhome located on a small street with only a brief walk to the beach. Beachside. There are no highway to cross to get to the beach. Our property offers a private backyard and ample space, making it perfect for families . You will get it all: we are a perfect combo of modern well maintained specious home in a hard-to-find location on the beach side of Hwy 98 for an amazing price. We are a true value.

Please come enjoy this adorable condo looking out over the beautiful gulf shores! The condo provides 2 Bedrooms, 1 with a King size bed and the other room with 6 Twin size bunk beds! 2 and a half baths. Enjoy cooking breakfast looking out to the water after your quick run to the local grocery within arms reach then severing on the beautiful nook table!
