It fits comfortably 2 people on it's king size bed (+2 on inflatable queen mattress available upon request). The Tabacalera is one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Mexico City, dating from XVII century it has seen it all, it got it's name and new Identity by mid 19th Century and was renovated on the 30´s when iconic deco buildings where added. Monumento a la Revolución, San Carlos Museum, The National Library and Republic Avenue give it a unique personality. Downtown and old neighborhoods as San Rafael & Santa María, Juárez, are blocks away from Tabacalera, and hip hoods as Condesa, Roma and Polanco are minutes away driving or cycling. This is definitely a location you´ll never forget. Subway stations, Taxi Stands, EcoBici posts, and Metro Bus are steps away from the property. We care about providing the best quality materials to make your stay very comfortable. Heater or fan available. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, located in the heart of the Colonia Hipodromo Condesa. There is wi-fi and fast internet. Newly remodeled, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower with hot water. It is a perfect place to relax after an intense day in the exciting atmosphere of Mexico City. A full kitchen with a refrigerator / freezer, gas stove / oven. In the lower part of the building there is a laundry. Windows in all rooms, especially the window in the living room and a bedroom can be seen trees of the colony giving it a picturesque space. It is a neighborhood on foot. It is charming, safe, full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment. It is a 2-minute walk to Parque México and convenient for public transportation. Chilpancingo metro station is a 10 minute walk away. The building is located in a strategic point, since walking a few steps you find cafe, bars, restaurants, cinema, supermarkets, and public transport. Restored 1940s Art Deco Apartment in Santa María La Ribera

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

DURING THIS DAYS WE ARE TAKING EXTRA CONTROL AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE CLEANING: WE USE SPECIAL PRODUCTS TO SANITIZER ALL THE AREAS OF THE VILLA. OUR STAFF USE GLOVES AND MASK ALL THE TIME. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

Beautiful Hideaway in Historic Building Across from the Park

Bask in the tranquility that this rear-facing apartment in a picturesque historic building delivers. Take in the wonderful local artwork and décor throughout. The modern interior is charming and bright, offering a skylight and two balconies. No elevator. The property is in a historic building however the apartment is fully updated including a complete makeover of the kitchen and bathroom, maintaining the charm and style of the building. This rear facing unit on the top floor is quiet and calm. Skylight and 2 balconies provide natural light. Because of the age of the property, there's no operating lift. King-size bed, washing dryer machine; dishwasher; security box; Mac computer; Bose speakers dock for iPhone; coffee maker; microwave; electric kettle. And new, faster internet service. I live in the area. I will be available to meet guests and welcome them at their arrival, and available throughout their stay for any questions or recommendations. Bohemian, artsy, and eclectic are common descriptors of the Roma Norte, but it's also leafy, residential, and almost European in flavour. The boulevards, parks, plazas, and cafés that punctuate the area are perfect for exploring on foot or by bike. It’s very practical to move around in this area of the city, you can bike; you can walk; you can take the subway or the Metro bus.
