My stay was excellent. Salvador was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to all my doubts, which made me feel very welcome and accompanied during my visit. The apartment is located in a very good area, it is comfortable, beautiful and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a pleasant stay, easily accessible. The hosts were in communication at all times. I would definitely come back if I had to stay again in Playa del Carmen.

It was a very pleasant stay and the place is in a great location. The building felt very safe and secure.

Excellent apartment, everything was impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, very comfortable mattress to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality, new towels, hair dryer, good shower, good sink with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare food, the refrigerator was a good size, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, all this very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good, you are a few steps from 5th avenue and the area is very quiet, there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as being close to several restaurants and supermarkets, excellent service, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I loved my month at Peggy's place, while going to school at Academimia HIspano. Her place is gorgeous. I could walk to school in just under 10 minutes and to the beautiful central churches in under 15 minutes. The location was perfect for me.

The apartment is great, very clean and well kept, the location is also great, very private and calm area, away from all the city traffic yet close enough to visit local restaurants and coffee shops, very recommended.

What a wonderful place to stay with friends and family to both explore all Cabo has to offer (diving, snorkeling, whale watching, surfing) and to stay in, cook great meals at home, and enjoy time together at this great property. The space is lovely and perfect for three couples. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and spices you need, the grill and outdoor patio area are perfect for dining Al fresco. We enjoyed time at home, the pool, the view from the balcony and the gym. Such a quick and easy walk to town and the marina and stores. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious, wifi is super fast for working and taking zoom calls, and the space was so relaxing to come home to after long days out on the water. Jan was the perfect host - answering our questions right away and so helpful. We had such a good time that we are already plotting our return and will book with Jan again. Thank you!

The place is very nice, I went with my family and we felt right at home. It has all the amenities and provide many things that serve you to occupy on the beach. Spotless house such as photos inside a complex with all the necessary pool and jacuzzi right outside the house with warm water, super comfortable beds! Kitchen equipped with everything you need and more! Nearby and beautiful without stones!! Communication with Lily was great we will definitely be back!!
