Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. You'll love the cabin for the views, the calm and the location in the forest. Perfect for couples. We do not accept children under 12 years old, for safety reasons. The cabin is equipped, kitchenette with gas, oven, fridge etc. (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea provided) Bed linens and towels are provided. Bathroom, dry toilet NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. We provide battery-operated candles for you to use.
