We offer a double , fresh and bright bedroom in our family home in a very quiet area of Penicuik. Perfect starting point for exploring Edinburgh or the country side as we offer free parking with bus stop on the door step. We have a big garden plus a huge grass area in front of our house and happily host kids or dogs or both. PLEASE BE AWARE : the car park is about 50m away from the entrance to the room. The room is not suitable for wheel chairs . Note that there is a £10 charge for dogs.

Loanhead is a small town located on the outskirts of Edinburgh. It is quiet, friendly, with parklands/countryside to the south and the city of Edinburgh to the north. This is a perfect spot for people who enjoy peace and quiet as opposed to the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a large commercial centre in town with plenty shops and amenities. It will take you around 10-15 minutes to walk there or you can take the bus. Buses to Edinburgh are frequent, running every 15 minutes.

A beautiful 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the wonderful East Lothian countryside. There are lovely woodland and river walks on the doorstep and miles of quiet roads for cycling and walking. 20 minutes by car into historic Edinburgh or 10 minutes to Longniddry to jump on the train instead. 5 minutes to picturesque Pencaitland where you will find a charming local gastro pub, cafes and shop. We are just 10 miles south of Edinburgh with excellent bus connection into the city centre. We are a very short journey away from the Pentlands National Park and about 10 min away from Roslin with its famous Chapel. There is a large Tesco in walking distance, a nice Cafe with many breakfast and lunch options.
