Our Guesthouse was made in the renovated stables of a former farmhouse, built with the local Lourdines stones. It is adjacent to the main house (with independent entrance). The accommodation is made of a kitchen, living/dinning room, bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine, to which we access via the miller's stairs. Ideally located between the Futuroscope park (10 minutes) and Poitiers' city center (15 minutes). We'll be happy to welcome you & share our good addresses in the surroundings!

Nice accommodation in a small quiet street, located 12 minutes from Futuroscope and 15 minutes from downtown Poitiers. The accommodation has been carefully furnished recently and all the amenities, as well as the bedding, are new and of high quality. Sheets and towels are provided. Located in an old Poitevin house with a nice flowery courtyard in front, the accommodation is attached to our house but with an independent entrance. You can park on our private site, right next to the house.
