The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Our House is comfortable for two couples or a family, modernly decorated, with two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds which can become a second double bed) Other amenities include a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a huge veranda, sunbeds, and parking space. Papikinos beach, the port, super markets and a bus stop are no more than 100m away. Note there are steps to the entrance.

"Armira" Boat House in Firopotamos

Armira Boat House is located literally a few steps away from the sea in the small, remote, traditional seaside community of Fyropotamos. Originally built by my ancestors in the early 1900s to serve as a fisherman’s cottage and boat house traditionally known as “sirma”, it is a unique example of Cycladic traditional architecture and is one of the very few of its kind.
